For this morning’s practice, I would like you to create an affirmation for yourself around whatever it is that troubles you most. Then I would like you to practice mindful breathing for 5 minutes while you speak your affirmation. No music, no guidance, just you, your breath, and your affirmation! ✌🏼🙏🏼😍

Final meditation.On your own, 15 minutes of whatever meditation practice you found the most difficult this week. You can use the video from us or research some other guided versions of that practice.
